We are located in Pennsylvania, USA, Bali & Jakarta, Indonesia
Prices are shown in US dollars. For conversion, we recommend using a Currency Converter.
International Orders may require 3-7 business days or more of additional processing time prior to shipment, as we may need to consolidate items to one location for shipment.
- Domestic: 10-30 business days
- International: 14-40 business days OR Up To 50 DaysÂ
As holidays near, delays in shipment transit may occur.Â
We ship worldwide. However, customs charges may apply in your country, which would be charged to you by your postal service upon arrival in your country. We do not have control over this, nor are we notified before dispatching your order.

Art Gallery Products: Free shipping within the USA only (international shipping fees apply).

All Other Products: Free shipping worldwide, except for Cyprus, Egypt, and India — please check our list for locations requiring paid shipping.

International Shipping: Fees apply depending on the destination and product type.

Import Duties & Taxes: Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged on shipments outside the USA by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Unpaid Duties & Returns:Â

If a product is returned to the sender because import duties or taxes were not paid, the buyer must cover the shipping and handling costs to reship the item.

Liability During This Process: If the buyer does not pay import duties and taxes, we are not responsible for any loss or damage to the product (missing or broken) during this process.

Non-Refundable: If the product is returned due to unpaid import duties and taxes, the money is not refundable.

Cancelation Policy
Canceling your order
You may cancel your order, for any reason, and receive a full refund provided if you cancel your order before 24 hours and if your order has not been shipped. Please note that a small percentage of orders cannot be stopped from shipping out of our warehouse. In this case, we will not be able to accept the cancellation. In these rare instances, the customer will be responsible for the order that can not be canceled.

Typically, most orders are filled and shipped within 24 to 48 hours from the time they are received. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on any canceled orders.Â

PLEASE NOTE: Cancellation requests may be sent via email and will be approved as applicable, and/or a service representative will email you to discuss.Â

Customers are fully responsible for improperly submitted cancellations.
Returns/ Exchange/ Refund
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please refer to below:
- We cannot exchange goods in the event you ordered incorrectly or simply no longer want the item.
- We do not provide size exchanges if the incorrect size was ordered.
-Â We are unable to facilitate refunds or accept returns for swimwear or earrings, as our policy reflects considerations regarding personal hygiene.
- All sales are final. We do not provide cash refunds, only exchanges in the unlikelihood of a damaged or incorrect item has been shipped.Â
- We only provide exchanges in these cases within 24 hours of receipt of the item.
- All sale items are non-changeable and non-refundable.
- For all returns, you must email us within 24 hours of receipt of the item with actual photographs of the issue you found with the item you received. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Once your photograph of the item is received and confirmed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your photograph of the issue assuming we agree. We will immediately notify you of the status of your return after checking the item.Â
- We must receive your return within 30 days from the receipt of your item,Â
- When your return is approved, we will issue a return label to return the item.
- Once we receive the item and confirm that they are ok and there is no problem with the products, we will issue the credits (no cash refund)
